Clyde's Story...
Welcome Clyde. He is a 3 year old 7 pound Terrier mix. He is super friendly with other dogs and would do best in a home with at least one other small dog. He likes to be held and is not a big shedder. He is up on all shots, has had a dental, neutered, heartworm negative and neutered. His foster mom is a local veterinarian. He was brought to her clinic and asked Dr. Lowe to put him and his sister down because they needed to move. Clyde is a wonderful dog and Dr. Lowe knew this was an awful solution to an everyday problem but because dogs are considered property here in Texas this behavior is common place, unfortunately. His sister was adopted a week ago and he has taken to the other little dogs that Dr. Lowe is fostering. He is very much a people person but he will just be happiest in a home with another dog or two. If you are looking for a little gem rescue dog this is your boy. He is the Black and White Terrier. His adoption fee is 200 and his transport fee is 185. He is in Texas but we can have him transported to VA, CT, MD, PA, NJ, NY and VT. Contact me for an application. We handle the details.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clyde, a Spring Valley Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Spring Valley, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Spring Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Spring Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Spring Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Spring Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
