My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

KERRY is a beautiful 8 month old girl. She is very sweet with all she meets. She is pleasant to be around and isn't overly energetic like some pups. She is definitely still a puppy and needs to learn some basic things such as not jumping up to give hugs. However, miss KERRY aims to please and responds to corrections immediately. Overall, she is a very gentle shepherd girl. KERRY has been great with every dog she's met even if they weren't so nice to her. When the kitty cats hissed at her, she didn't want any part of that. She turned and walked away like a good girl. This truly sweet shepherd will be a great addition to her forever family.

KERRY is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.
Her $300 adoption fee includes interstate health certificate and transport cost.

All of our pets start their journey in Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted at which time they travel via transport to their new forever home. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters.

Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well educated decision from well qualified staff.

Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Blues City is operated 100% by volunteers. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
