Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Courtesy Listing-please contact Gary at 850-450-8221 or garyrussell01@gmail.com to meet Barry. He was found wandering the streets of Downtown LA unneutered and with overgrown toenails. He seems to come from a previous home as he can do tricks and is potty trained, but will need work learning to walk on a leash as he pulls and seems to not have been walked regularly. That is literally the only "training" he will need. The vet who checked him for a microchip said he is approximately 3-4 years old. He is active but not particularly demanding, gets along well with other dogs, and is okay with cats too. He is very friendly, has perfect velvety-soft ears, and is happy-go-lucky. He would do great in a family with kids or with someone active looking for a hiking partner-beagles can get chubby quick without exercise and Barry currently is about perfect body weight (about 25 pounds). He goes in for his neuter this week and will receive vaccinations and microchipping at that time. His adoption fee is $250, to reimburse for medical expenses. Please call Gary today if you'd like to meet Barry and see if he is right for you!
