BONDED PAIR
Meet Mitch and Starla! Found in the bushes besides Lassen's, neighbors were kind enough to watch over this pair, as well as 5 other cats, until our team could swoop in to get them all safe and warm.
Starla is small and quiet besides her constant purrs, but she's a confident little girl. She is playful and curious, always the first to start exploring new spaces or try out new toys. She sticks her little tongue out in the most adorable way when dangling toys in front of her. When playtime is over, she is a calm and independent kitty. She likes her space and occasional alone time in her cat tree but will come to you and let you know when she is ready for affection.
Mitch is a complete love bug and there is nothing he loves more than attention and food! He will immediately warm up to anyone offering treats. I have yet to see him acknowledge any toys during playtime, although he does like to tease and playfully mess with his sister. He is more laid back and prefers spending his time hanging out, snuggled up next to you and making biscuits instead. When you come home, Mitch will happily greet you with a meow, followed by him asking for pets and treats.

We do several adoption mingles every month, but we don't have a shelter facility, so we'll connect you to our fosters for a meeting.

A "forever home" is, a15 + year commitment, adopters will be required to provide proof, animals are permitted at their residence. We require and adoption interview, home check, and do not adopt animals outside of the greater LA area. A legal adoption contract must be signed, which includes a 2-week trial adoption period.
Our medical reimbursement fee of $100 for a solo adult kitty, $135 for a solo kitten or $175 for a bonded pair includes the following:
* Spay/neuter- no later than 4 months of age per L.A. law
* Vaccinations
* Deworming
* Flea treatment
* Health Check/Testing
* A 1 year member discount at The Urban Pet Stores

We are NOT a shelter and do not have a facility. We're neighborhood volunteers working to DECREASE the number of unwanted animals by supporting Trap/Neuter/Return or TNR, spay/neuter & we rescue kittens from the streets of the Silver Lake, Los Feliz & Echo Park neighborhoods of Los Angeles.
