Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dillon is a male blue-eyed sable merle collie that weighs about 70 pounds. When he was found as a stray, his fur was very matted and his neck had badly infected large sores so that he had to be shaved. He is now neutered, vaccinated, and heart worm negative. Dillon loves everyone he meets and is very sure that each and every person wants to pet him. He is a sweet and gentle dog that even allows a pushy kitten to share his food while he eats. Dillon has a hearing deficit but is able to hear clapping. This seems to be the most effective way to get his attention rather than using a loud voice. He can also hear the bells on the groomer's door. Dillon's fur is growing in on his body but he will always wear some scars on his nose. He has been enjoying going to the groomer twice a week for a moisturizing shampoo and his fur is getting downright fluffy. Dillon doesn't play with toys or chew them up but he does seem to enjoy chewing on a bone now and then. Dillon is approximately six to eight years old and is an absolute joy. He loves to go for walks, seems to like riding in cars, and has a healthy respect for the two cats in his foster family. This friendly, lovely dog can't wait to meet his forever family.
Dillon is being fostered in Ohio
