Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Matilda
3-4 year old female
Tortie Point Scottish Fold
FIV+
Matilda came to us from a shelter in Oregon and is such a beautiful girl. She did test positive for FIV (feline AIDS) which isn't good, but it's also not as bad as it sounds. She can live many happy, healthy years. Here is a link to a good article about it: http://www.vet.cornell.edu/fhc/health_information/brochure_fiv.cfm.
She loves her humans, but isn't too fond of other critters which is actually good since she will be healthier and safer living as an only kitty. She is super affectionate and will rub all over you and give you little nudges to remind you to keep petting her. She loves to eat and has perfect litter box manners. Her coat is super plush and as soft as a bunny, and those little folded ears are just adorable.
Matilda is currently fostered in Placerville, CA, and if you have the home and the love she deserves, please contact Jen at 916-217-2151 or email her at jennifer@purebredsplus.org.
