Pictures really don't do Diesel justice.....he is a strikingly handsome boy with a big fluffy tail and a permanent puppy-look about him. Diesel is still a puppy at just 8 months old, and this border collie mix is looking for a fresh start in life after being given up by his family that just didn't have the time for him. It's tough losing your home and family at such a young age, but Diesel is putting on a brave face and hoping to meet a wonderful new family real soon. He is a happy and bubbly boy that makes new friends easily. Diesel is the type to give you a gentle hug after only a minute or two of knowing you. He gets to be a bit of a nervous-nellie with new experiences like grooming and going to see the vet, but once he figures out that he won't be hurt, he settles down and is just fine. Diesel is curious, playful, and would love an active home where he can romp and roam like a puppy should. Diesel has lived with children but since he is touchy with new situations, we recommend that he go to a home with children over 10. He gets along fine with dogs and even did fine with a rabbit he once knew. Diesel is ready to meet his special someone that can give him the lifetime of happiness that he deserves. File#25568 9/27/15
