This gorgeous young lady is Scout, a 3 year old chocolate lab that came to us from our Newark facility in search of a great home of her own. Scout was picked up as a stray and we just can't imagine how someone could have let this girl go. She's an absolute doll that exudes joy and happiness! You can't help but smile while spending time with Scout because she is just that sweet and silly. Scout has lots of lab-energy and loves to check out everything that she passes by on a walk, but she is very people-oriented as well, and is so happy to plop down beside you to get some attention. Scout is very well behaved. She is a strong girl, but she walks well on a leash, sits instantly when asked, and even offers a pawshake for a treat. Scout is overjoyed to go in our exercise and trot around, checking things out. She will run after a toy when thrown for her, but quickly lose interest to go check something else out. Scout seems just fine with other dogs and loves people. She will make some lucky family very happy forever if they offer her the wonderful home that she's dreaming of. File#25617 10/9/15
