Hampton is a sweet 18 pound, 9 year old, male Shih Tzu/Poodle mix who came into rescue when his previous owner had to move into a small townhome. Hampton is a loving and affectionate boy. He can be both mellow and playful and gets along with other animals (his foster parents have two small dogs and two cats) and is also good with respectful, older children. He is a great companion dog and would love to be in a home where he can be around people most of the day. He is affectionate and loves snuggle with you. He loves to play fetch with his favorite squeak toy and often waits (with squeak toy in mouth) at the door when he hears the garage door open, signaling that his foster dad is home He enjoys going on daily walks and is house trained.
Hampton is healthy, current on vaccinations, is microchipped, and on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. His adoption fee is $120.00 plus $8.73 for a total of $128.73. His foster mom would like his adoptive home to be within 45 miles of the Twin Cities and would be pleased if his new family would attend the annual rescue reunion held in September every year.
