My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Thaddeus! Thaddeus is a 2 year old Terrier and Poodle mix who weighs about 10 lbs. Thaddeus is a LOVE! He enjoys prancing around his foster home and following his foster mom around. He gets along great with the resident dog, although he can be timid around new dogs and groups of dogs. He has been around cats with no issues. Thaddeus has been friendly to everyone he has met. He walks great on a leash and does ok in a crate. He sleeps on a dog bed on the floor of his foster mom's bedroom and is quiet all through the night and will even sleep in in the morning!

Thaddeus loves his people, but he should not go to a home with children. His constant friendly demeanor has been known to change around children and he may have had a bad experience in the past to explain that. His house training is coming along excellently and his foster mom would say that he is VERY CLOSE to being fully housetrained! Don't miss out on this little LOVE bug who loves to love! Thaddeus is waiting patiently for his forever home, he would be so lucky to have you and he promises to wag his tail incessantly, kiss you, and be your best friend forever and ever.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
