Sheila's Story...
Meet Miss Sheila. She is delightful in every way. Short , low to the ground and about 30 lbs, but solid. but so cute and great coat to the touch. (she feels like smooth suede) she is calm, never barked at adoptions, listened, good on leash and loves cookies! She is probably house broken but we don't know for sure. we know she waited to go potty when we took her for a walk at Petco. Please come see her soon. Lincoln County Animal Services is located at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive (off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. They are open 11 to 4:30 M-Sat. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sheila, a Lincolnton Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
