Dash's foster mom has this to say about Dash: "It breaks my heart to do this, but I am starting the process to find Dash his forever home. I would LOVE to keep him, but there are so few homes that will foster rotties, I want to be able to help the next Dash. He has come along way while with me. He lived in a barn with about 10 other rotties and was used for breeding. He had little human contact, never had a leash or collar on. He has learned to trust me and others that he has gotten to know. He will give you kisses and love treats! He is a calm dog, loves to go for walks and loves just being with you. He is happy laying right by you if you are on phone, computer. He sleeps great at night on his dog bed in my room. The bond I now have with him is amazing and I know he can have that same bond with someone else that loves him as much as I do. He needs a less chaotic house, no young kids as alot of loud noises will scare him, and he avoids, runs away from what scares him. He loves my female dogs and learns from them. I will do more testing with my male dog soon (its my male not Dash). I know many people helped in the wallkill case, Dash came from a similar situation. Dash needs work on housebreaking only when you are not home, when you are home, he is great with that. Dash is about 2-3 years old and 70 pounds. He is a smart guy and knows how to open a door!"
