My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tommy! He's an adorable, 55lb, pit bull mix looking for his forever home. At just 1 year old, you will not be able to resist his cuteness and he will make you laugh with his goofy and playful nature.

After just one day being in his foster home, Tommy has made friends with everyone he's met! He is super sweet with people and other dogs too. He doesn't have a bad bone in his body and is submissive when he see's other dogs have had enough of him. He loves playing for hours and then curling up next to his people or dog friends to relax.

Tommy is a typical puppy and is learning new commands quickly. In one day, he already has mastered 'sit' and is learning 'stay,' and is now learning down and paw. Tommy's attentiveness makes him a really fun dog to train and will need a patient person to continue his training.

Tommy loves tennis balls and can play with you for as long as you let him. He bonded quickly to his foster dad and follows him around lovingly!

Tommy is a great dog that deserves a wonderful home that will continue to provide him with the training, exercise, socialization, and stimulation he needs!

Tommy is being fostered in Worcester, MA.

The adoption fee is $300

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
