My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sami is listed as a Courtesy Posting; she is not part of Penny Angels Beagle Rescue. If you would like more information on Sami, please contact: dilltheastoriabeagle@gmail.com.

This is what was written about Sami: “Sami has had a loving home, but unfortunately as her person ages, it has become more difficult to give her the care she deserves. Thus, her family is looking for help in finding her an amazing home. She is 7 years old, and reports are that she is incredibly sweet with a typical beagle nose and temperament! She loves to go for walks so she can take in all the incredible smells this world has to offer. Reports are that she is good with kids (and all other people), and dogs, but has not been cat tested. She unfortunately has issues with separation anxiety, is not fully crate trained (she will go into the crate, but doesn't consider it her safe space yet and gets upset), and needs someone who can be patient with her, but she is housebroken and spayed.

“We are still learning about this adorable girl, and again, looking at how we can best help her given the distance between us and her, but will continue to keep you posted. For now, if you are interested, please contact us at dilltheastoriabeagle@gmail.com, or via a private message on Facebook and we can make efforts to connect you with her family (as of right now, the screening process would take place through Dill's Dogs).”

The best fit for Sami would either be with someone who can take the time to train her properly and work with her separation anxiety, or an elderly person who is home most of the time and can just be with her. She deserves to find someone who will love her unconditionally, but will also be firm and consistent with her training. Can you help Sami reach her full potential?
