Charlie loves kids!'s Story...
Meet Charlie! He is a beautiful Blue Heeler/Husky mix who is 5 years old and weighs about 45 lbs. He loves to run and play with other dogs and go walking. Charlie is great with other dogs, cats and children. He used to be a therapy dog/companion for an elderly man in a wheelchair but sadly his owner passed away. We are screening adopters to help our neighbor place this sweet dog. He is fully vetted and ready for adoption. Charlie has gorgeous ice blue eyes. He is housetrained and has a very calm temperament. His adoption fee is $100 since he is a little older and that includes neuter, shots, heartworm test, and flea prevention. Please email healingheartsrescue@hotmail.com if you are interested in adopting Charlie. You can also call or text (615) 290-2454. Charlie has long hair naturally. It just look short now because he has been recently groomed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie loves kids!, a Madison Blue Heeler/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Blue Heeler/Husky for sale in Madison, or seeking a Blue Heeler/Husky dog from a breeder in Madison.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Madison already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Madison breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Blue Heeler/Husky breeders who help with Blue Heeler/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Madison paves the way for another one to be saved.
