Leo's Info...

Leo's Story...
Leo is a handsome 8 yr boy and an absolute sweetheart. He has the most beautiful green eyes and a big bushy tail! Leo also loves his chin rubs!! Leo loves other cats and tolerates the foster home 7lb dog. He is not keen on being picked up but he is getting more comfortable with it everyday. He is so deserving of a forever home for Christmas!!
Leo was rescued after coming around to a backyard to eat. He was emaciated, scared and had an eye infection. It took a few weeks to catch him so his foster mom could get him to the vet, get him neutered, vaccinated and his eyes treated. He now weighs 15 lbs and is fully recovered!
If you are interested in adopting handsome Leo, and would like to meet him, please drop us an email at info@ ninthlifecatrescue.org to arrange a time as he is currently at his foster home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leo, a Oakville Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Oakville, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Oakville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakville paves the way for another one to be saved.
