Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Norrie weighs 7 pounds and is about 3-4 years old. She is a very sweet girl who absolutely loves going for car rides and places with her people. She does very well when she is around people and other dogs in public. She tends to be quite vocal and a bit protective when she is on her home turf, but once she settles down she is fine and will usually just pick her person and either wants to be held or burrowed deep among the blankets beside them. She is house trained with an occasional accident. First thing in the am she goes straight for the food bowl and then to the door to be let out. She loves her food and is back to a healthy weight. I remember when she first came to us, she was so tiny, you could see her spine and ribs. Norrie will need ointment in her eye twice a day for the rest of her life due to dry eye. She is spayed, UTD on shots and on HW preventative.
If you think you might be interested in Norrie, please go to http://www.chihuahua-rescue.org/chihuahuas-for-adoption/online-application/ and fill out an adoption application. Once you submit the application, we’ll be right back in touch with you.
Thank you for making adoption your first option.
Reference checks and a home visit are required so she can only be adopted in NC/SC and VA. If you have any questions, please contact carolinascoordinator@chihuahua-rescue.com.
Her adoption donation is $200.00.
