Lightning's Story...
Meet 3 year old Lightening! He is a ball full of energy and will need a home willing to keep him busy! He is a perfect size, weighing in at only 40 lbs, runs as fast as lightning, loves chasing tennis balls, playing with other dogs, or running with his human. He does know basic commands and is very willing to learn more. If your bored with the winter months, and want an active, lifelong companion, Lightening would be a great match! Lightening is neutered, up on all shots, micro chipped and HW tested.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lightning, a Staunton Eskimo Spitz/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Eskimo Spitz/Husky for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Eskimo Spitz/Husky dog from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Eskimo Spitz/Husky breeders who help with Eskimo Spitz/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
