Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Diesel is not even a year old and has already been through two homes in his young life.....he is beginning to wonder what he's doing wrong? Diesel is just 11 months old and this border collie mix was first turned in because his owners obtained him as a puppy, then discovered that they did not have the time for him. He was turned in a second time because he got a little snappy when his owner tried to pull him out from under a car in the driveway. Diesel has some trust issues now and who can blame him, but he is young, smart, and so eager to just get a great family that will love him forever. Diesel has not had much direction in his life but he is still well behaved. He sits instantly when asked, is very gentle with taking treats and toys, and extends a pawshake when asked. He is a very curious puppy and checks out everything around him while out for a walk. He is active and playful, and would enjoy a home with a nice yard to romp and roam in. Diesel gets along fine with most dogs and has lived with children and a rabbit too with no problem, although we would not recommend very young children for Diesel now, since he needs to learn to trust again. This young pup deserves a chance to start over with a loving family that will give him the time and understanding that he deserves. File#25840 12/13/15
