Biscuit is a happy-go-lucky little guy that is ready to move on to a great home of his own. He is about 4 years old, and this sweet little terrier came to us from our Newark facility after he was abandoned in a city park. Biscuit was neglected and sickly when he arrived but just look at him now! He's happy, healthy, and ready to get out of here and get into a great home! Biscuit is a bit of an aloof little guy that acts as if he can take you or leave you when he first meets you. After he's had a chance to get to know you, he warms up very quickly and then, look out! All he wants to do is play and have you scratch his back while he does the happy-butt dance. Biscuit is energetic and playful, and would love a home with a yard to romp and roam in. He has had some training in his life and will sit and lay down immediately when asked. He takes treats very gently and walks well on a leash too. Biscuit is very loving and affectionate too, and although he enjoys running, playing, and checking out the world, he enjoys even more just being by your side and getting lots of attention. He doesn't seem to mind other dogs and when he met a cat, he wanted to play with it so he could co-exist with a cat with supervision. He will need a home with childrden over 10 years old.
