Miles's Story...
This adorable little guy is Miles, a 5 year old yorkie that would love a great home of his own. Miles came to us from our Newark facility when this tiny guy was found as a stray around Halloween. Poor Miles was a bit of a mess, dirty, matted, and sickly. He got all cleaned up and was transferred down to us where his medical treatment began. Miles spent several weeks recovering from an upper respiratory infection and finally, he has a clean bill of health and is ready to meet his new family! Little Miles has had most of his teeth removed due to severe dental disease, but he gets along just fine and is as happy as can be. He is a very accepting and trusting little guy that makes friends quickly. Miles will cuddle up in your arms or take a leisurely stroll with you from the moment you meet him. He is very well behaved and has such a sweet personality. Miles is very laid back and mellow, and is so content to just sit on your lap for some attention or take a snooze on a comfy bed. Miles likes to announce himself when he passes by other dogs but not in a bad way. He would most likely be fine with smaller dogs. This adorable little guy is ready to meet his special someone that will give him the lifetime of happiness that he deserves. File#25716 10/30/15
