My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

FOSTER LOCATION: Boise, ID

Paco (aged 13) & Pistol (aged 11) are tiny little Pomeranians who weighs in at a whopping 5.5 pounds. These 2 boys have a hearts of gold and a great joy for being with humans. Sadly these 2 and another senior Pomeranian were placed in an Idaho shelter when their human was sent to a nursing home; but Fuzzy Pawz was more than happy to place all 3 in a foster home.

Can’t stress enough how much these 2 are just happy dogs; whose enjoy purpose to life is to bring joy and love to their humans. They are easy going and just happy to be where you are and do what you are doing. These are 2 of the most well behaved dogs we have ever had.

Paco & Pistol need to be adopted together as Paco is mostly blind, a bit hard of hearing and Pistol is his “seeing eye dog”. Pistol watches out for him whether they are inside or out and Paco follows him around.

They are great with other dogs and is even good with cats! We do require a kid free home though do to their size and Paco’s inability to get out of the way of small running children.

Both dogs recently had dental cleaning and had to have all of their teeth pulled so they are currently eating soft food but can transition to kibble. Paco has quite a bit of lost hair on his back due to what turned out to be a thyroid issue; most of his hair will grow back now that he is on medication (the meds are very cheap). Other than that both dogs are in great health; though both should be on a high quality food to help their coats recover after eating very low grade food most of their life.

These adorable boys are house trained and sort of kennel trained (they will go in there but don’t like it much). When it’s bed time they run into the bedroom and hop into their beds on the floor and sleep all night.

These 2 are lovely boys with nice manners who would make someone a great companions for many years to come.

If you can offer these 2 senior boys a loving home please complete an adoption application at http://fuzzypawzrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application-2/

Paco & Pistol are neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

There is a $75 adoption fee for the pair
