Mellie is just about as sweet as they come. We have no idea how she ended up in the shelter but we are happy to help her on her journey to find her forever home.

Mellie is a 1 year old, 14 pound, Scottie mix with a forgiving spirit. She obviously had a family that did not take proper care to make sure she was safe and even after losing her home and spending some time in the scary shelter, she is still a loving girl with an open heart for someone very special. Mellie enjoys the company of other dogs and humans alike and is a pretty easy-going girl. She likes to get out for her daily walks and is quickly mastering the potty routine in her foster home.

Our adoption fee for Mellie is $300 and includes her spay, microchip, vaccines, treatment for fleas and worms and best of all, lots of love and socialization in her foster home.
