Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Smokey is a Take Me Home courtesy post. Smokey is not affiliated with Take Me Home. He is not under our care. Take Me Home is not responsible for any adoptions through private parties. For more information on Smokey or if you're interested in meeting him, please contact Sarah Sypniewski at sarah@ninjadogconcepts.com.
It was a year ago (February 2015) that I stopped outside that Whole Foods here in Santa Monica, CA to chat with a homeless man named Kenny and his dog Smokey. To make a long story short, Kenny ended up getting deported, and Smokey was left behind, and some of us have looked after him. Since then, he's been in two loving foster homes and is doing well--...but he is still looking for his forever home!
We call him "the athlete who loves to nap." He enjoys and thrives with a good, regular exercise routine...and then promptly sleeps off his workout! He currently lives in a home with several dogs and one cat. He's very sweet and playful and just loves to be a part of his human's life.
