Pearl*Adopted's Story...

Adoption Fee:  $300.00

Meet Pearl, a 4 year old sweetheart, found eating out a garbage can in NYC.  When the police called to her, she came right to them.  Pearl is a small, barely 6 pound puff ball of fun, and full of energy.  She has a big personality in her little body, not afraid of a thing!  She is very people and dog friendly, and does have a voice when she wants attention! This active little girl is very independent, so she would be fine as an only dog or in a home with other dogs.  Pearl was seen by our vets and has a very clean bill of health.  She also just got a dental cleaning and did not need any extractions.  Pearl loves to lie in the sun and go for walks, or just chill out and watch TV.  She is crate trained and is doing great with her potty training.  She will go potty outside as well as on puppy pads inside.

Until her forever home comes along, Pearl is chillin in Eastampton, NJ

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pearl*Adopted, a Chattanooga Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
