Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gulliver: 1 to 2 yr old male, grey tabby Maine Coon Mix
This is a very sweet little boy. More than anything, he just wants to be loved-- loved and safe in your heart. He is actually still a little baby kitty. Hold me. Keep me safe and treasured.
He was kitten when he and another kitten were adopted to a great family. As time passed, these two boys began to have trouble together. Ultimately, Gulliver was returned to me, his Purebreds foster mom. I haven’t had him long. He is affectionate and doing well, but you can still see some sadness in his eyes. His life has changed a lot recently and he is still settling into his foster home. He didn’t really want his photo taken in most of the pictures below and was reluctantly being very good-natured about it. He is a very cuddly, nice boy.
Gulliver has vivid green eyes that go so well with his very silky grey tabby fur. He is medium-sized now, but he is still growing. Will he grow into his white whiskers which are so huge they are almost ridiculous? I love the striking white eyeliner around his eyes. He is a very beautiful boy. A classic young kitten, he is curious, mischievous, the world is his toy, he has never met a feather he didn’t like, and can he help you with whatever you are doing?
He needs a family that has time to give him tons of attention. He will sleep in your bed and follow you about. He is not a good choice for a family off at work all day. He wants to bond closely with his humans. I would like to see him in a home with no other cats and no young children. I don’t know about dogs. He needs a single adopter or a couple who want to enjoy his company every day. Won’t it be great to see him happy and settled in his new home, the delight of his new family.
Gulliver eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.
His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz. Application forms on purebredsplus.org.
