They say that often the third time is a charm and in this case it definitely was! Kitty Junction is SO, SO happy to say that our little Onyx has finally found her purrfect forever home!!! While Onyx had lived happily in a foster home with other cats, somewhere along the line our sweet girl decided that she would rather be queen of her own castle and not have to share the spotlight with any other kitties;) She had been adopted by two wonderful families but sadly did not get along with the existing kitties in the house. We are thrilled to say that Onyx is definitely the queen in her new home and is being spoiled rotten!!! She LOVES her new family especially her new mommy Beth and runs to greet her after a long day at work!! She sleeps with Beth and her husband Ed every night and during the day when they are at work, she loves to hang out with their son Matthew:) The family has renamed her Mimi and were very adamant in telling us she is a keeper and that we could not have her back;) She is having a ball playing with all of her new toys and hanging out in her new cat tree!!
Hi everyone!! My name is Onyx and I am a very small and petite female black kitty approximately 3 years of age. My former owner in SW Philly had planned to dump me and my two sisters outside because she didn't want us anymore when a concerned neighbor found out and called Kitty Junction for help.
I am a very affectionate girl who loves to be pet!! I love to rub against your legs and will head butt your hands for some affection:) My favorite place to be is snuggled up on your chest tucked under your chin! I am also very playful and have a wonderful spunky personality. While I had been fostered with other cats, I seem to prefer to be your one and only kitty so that I don't have to share your affection with anyone else;)
