Here's what the humans have to say about me:
It's time for Tupelo Honey to start her search for a new home on her own. Our beautiful friend can stay with us forever if she wishes, but we would love for her to experience a wonderful home of her own again, especially since losing her longtime friend and companion, Kozy. Tupelo Honey and Kozy came to us in May of 2014 when their owner passed away. The cattle dog/border collie mixes were together since puppyhood and so close, so we could never separate them. Kozy was blind, so it made it a little more difficult to find the pair a home. They took up residence in our Animal Haven Farm and were loving life with a huge yard and lots of friends. Sadly, Kozy recently became ill and he passed away. Tupelo is a strong and resilient girl but misses her friend terribly. She is about 9 1/2 years old now and would be such a loving and loyal companion to some lucky family. Tupelo is spunky, energetic, playful, and super sweet. She loves her yard, so she will need a home with a nice fenced yard to romp and roam in. She gets along just fine with other dogs and loves people of all ages. Although Tupelo has a great life here with us, we feel that she deserves to have a family of her own to enjoy the rest of her life with. File#23506 5/10/14
