My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Thelma and I am a 2-3 yr. old beagle mix that was rescued from a shelter in South Carolina. I don’t know how I ended up at the shelter, but I’m sure glad that I didn’t have to stay there any longer! Penny Angels agreed to rescue me and they arranged transport to NJ via Carolina Babies Dog Transport. I arrived in Rescue on 3-12-16 and met my new beagle friends for the first time! I love other dogs and would make a great furry member of your family! The people in Rescue say that I am such a sweet girl! I look like a beagle, but my ears are a little shorter than you would expect. In my photos, though, it looks like I’m ready to fly away with my ears! I weigh 20 lbs. and was recently spayed, so now I am ready to start looking for my forever home. I will be at Petsmart on Saturday from 11- 3pm if you are interested in meeting me. If you would like to share your home with me, please fill out an application and submit it to Penny Angels.
