Cecil is 1 1/2 years old, and he weighs just under 50 pounds. This cutie loves people, and rolls right over for belly-scratches! Cecil is looking for a home without cats, and he must meet any resident dog(s) in a potential new home. Here at the shelter, Cecil likes to splash around in the kiddie pool with his friend Dixee.
