Meet Ivy!
Ivy is a very sweet, happy little bundle of soft fur and love! She is about 2 years old and is 12 pounds of pure delight. She is adorable, especially with her over-bite and little snaggle tooth. Ivy is a very friendly and affectionate little girl and likes men, women and children.
She is housetrained, likes to play chase with her small doggie friend, plays tug with her people and chews on a small dog bone. Most of all, she likes to sit on her people's lap ... and she's the perfect size to do so.
Ivy sleeps through the night, but be advised - she lightly snores ... just so cute! This little lady likes to go for walks and walks well on a leash. She doesn't bark much and would do well in an apartment, condo or private home.
Ivy is going to make a wonderful addition to some lucky family. She will bring them lots of joy. Could you be the lucky one(s)?
Ivy’s adoption fee is $200 and she is being fostered in southeastern Wisconsin. Because all our Cupids are fostered in private homes, an approved application MUST be on file before proceeding with a meet-and-greet. The online application can be found at http://www.caninecupids.org/adopt-.html.

Our Thoughts on Visual Breed Identification
Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable. For most of our adoptable Cupids we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We think it’s most important is to get to know each dog as an individual! We then do our best to describe each of our adoptable Cupids based on their personalities in order to determine whether they’ll make good companions based on prospective adopters’ lifestyles. Dog behavior is not exclusive to breed — it’s a complex mix of nature and nurture.
