My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BIO FOR ADOPTION INSTRUCTIONS.

Bardot was pulled from the shelter VERY pregnant and within days gave birth to eight adorable puppies. She was a great momma and her puppies have all foudn their forever homes! She is finally able to just be a dog. Bardot looks like a drop-eared German Shepherd Dog (GSD) and weighs in around 85lbs. She is a young (estimated to be under 2 years old), big girl with a great personality. She is true to the herding type and prefers to keep everyone where she can see them...that includes herding the other family dogs!! You know, just doing her job ;). She is playful, active, smart, friendly and vocal...all a perfect description for our beloved GSD breed. She will need a fun, active family with a physical fence and would love a canine friend to play with!!

Bardot's adoption fee is $200. <p> All MVPC dogs are heart worm tested, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate trained and on a great potty training schedule.

ALL inquiries begin with a submitted adoption application, which is found on our website, www.miamivalleypitcrew.com. DO NOT USE THE PETFINDER CONTACT/ADOPT BUTTONS--we are unable to monitor those--only submitted applications will receive a response. We do not adopt to individuals under the age of 25 and do not accept electric fences as a source of containment. Because we are volunteer based and a home visit is required, we have a two hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs.. Exceptions for our ADULT dogs only, though rare, may be made on a case by case basis but we must be able to do a home visit. Thank you for your understanding!
