Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ike is 9 years old and a very happy dog who loves to romp and play with toys. At the shelter, he was an owner surrender. Emaciated and subdued when he came into rescue, he has since put on weight and is now galloping around with a toy in his mouth.
Ike likes the other dogs in his foster home but does not play with them. He loves to snuggle under a blanket in a dog bed or on his foster Mom's lap. When strangers visit he is stand-offish at first, but he does warm up to them.
Ike stays in an Ex-Pen during the day and holds his business while his foster mom works. He sleeps in his dog bed at night but would probably love to sleep in the bed with his “forever” human when he finds him or her.
Ike is a delightful dog that has a lot to give. He is a joy to have around and is neutered, crate trained and UTD on shots.
