Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Johnny is a fun, active, playful and lovable, two-year-old, 50-pound male, Cattle Dog-mix looking for a loving guardian.
Johnny is a friendly and loving fellow who is full of kisses and tail wags for people he meets.
Originally found walking along the shoulder of a busy highway, he grew up making the rounds in a small Kentucky town … A good samaritan saw him stray and brought him to the nearest dog pound. From there, he landed with Pals Place Rescue in Chicago.
Johnny is quiet in the home, so he could live in just about any situation: apartment, condo, townhouse or house. He is a great dog who will do best with someone willing to train and exercise him. He’s already housebroken and crate-trained.
Johnny is good with other friendly dogs and people of all ages including children. He has not been cat-tested. He can be protective of his family, so while he’s good with kids, he needs someone who can manage his behavior.
To meet and possibly adopt Johnny, please contact Samantha at palsplace1@hotmail.com or 773-615-9864. He is very healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped and heartworm-tested. His adoption fee of $175 benefits the rescued pets of Pals Place. He is being kenneled in West Chicago, Illinois.
