Nils's Story...
We would like you to meet the very Handsome Nils!
Nils is a 3 and a half month old Lab mix. This stunning boy is so sweet and loving. He is good with other dogs, cats and kids. Nils is good in the crate but still needs some work with house training, so his new family will have to work on that with him. We are not sure if his tail was cosmetically docked or if it is a slight mutation, but he has about 3/4 of a tail! We think it gives him a little bit of unique character! Nils will make a great addition to any home and would love to be yours!
If you have room in your home and heart for Nils, please email adoptions.bc4paws@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nils, a Oxford Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Oxford, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Oxford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oxford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oxford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oxford paves the way for another one to be saved.
