Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"Shaggy" is a cute 2-year old male Shih Tzu who arrived at the HSOV on April 21, 2016 after he was picked up in Marietta Ohio by the Washington County Dog Warden. This darling little man has a black long smooth coat, a long curled tail, and an adorable face with Shih Tzu features including a flat muzzle and short floppy ears. "Shaggy" has a cleft palate which gives him an even cuter appearance in our eyes. He has an extremely friendly, outgoing personality and is a pushover for attention. Shaggy's coat was rather shaggy (hence the name he was given upon intake). One of our volunteers who happens to be a dog groomer gave "Shaggy" a nice summer haircut soon after his arrival, and he surely looks (and feels) like a new man :) "Shaggy" is a small dog who weighs just 10.2 lbs. He is now available for adoption since he was not reclaimed. "Shaggy" was neutered on May 3, 2016 and was also given rabies vaccine.
