My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harrison is a 3 month old terrier mix pup. He is just the CUTEST little pup ever!! His EYES can surely melt your heart. Harrison is such a cuddle bug! He loves to snuggle right under your chin for a nap so get your chores done early in the day. Harrison has stunning coloring. Harrison's tail just wiggles constantly because he is just so happy! Harrison lives in a foster home with other dogs and gets along GREAT with everyone! He is working on his potty skills and seems like he is a quick learner.

If you are interested in giving Harrison a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you. Feel free to call Beverly at 901-651-6322.

Harrison's adoption donation is $550 which helps to cover the neutering, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), flea/tick prevention, heart worm prevention, vet examination, certificate of health and transport fee.

Harrison is living with a foster family in Tennessee. He will travel to his new home by professional pet transport once he has been adopted. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a twice monthly transport to the Chicago / Milwaukee / Minneapolis areas.

Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
