Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hibiscus has shiny, silky black long hair with a white spot on her neck. She is part of the group of cats that Bedford Humane Society worked with other local rescues on removing from a very crowded household. Until that time, she had likely never really known how to be beloved pet. Hibiscus was probably born in early summer, 2015, and she is adapting to her new lifestyle fairly easily. It helps that she loves to play with toys and is still with living with some familiar cats from her previous home. She has learned quickly about litterboxes, one on one handling with people, and coming out for attention. Hibiscus will need someone who can be patient as she settles into her new home with more new experiences. She would do best in a quiet, calm setting. She is great with other cats, even many other cats, but is frightened by dogs or small children. Hibiscus is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested for FeLV & FIV. She has been very healthy since we got her. To hear more about Hibiscus, call 540/586-6100 or go to http://www.bhsva.org/adoptions-home.html to complete an Adoption Application.
