Gaby's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Gaby's Story...
We think Gaby is quite a looker with her interesting facial coloring. She is about 4 years old, a Shepherd mix at 48.5 pounds. Gaby has a higher energy level and loves to play. She is very smart, eager to please and loves people. Gaby is also housebroken! Though no fan of the felines, she gets along well with calm dogs. Rescued by our sister organization in Mexico, Gaby has been neutered, dewormed and fully vaccinated. She has made her way to foster care in Nanaimo where she is waiting for her forever home. Contact us at info.pvca@gmail.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gaby, a Nanaimo Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Nanaimo, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Nanaimo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nanaimo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nanaimo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nanaimo paves the way for another one to be saved.
