Stashy is a red/white/black 6 month old Shepherd/Hound Mix who comes to us all the way from Iran. We have been trying to get her out for some time and we’re thrilled that she is here. She weighs 44 lbs and will be a big girl.

She has a big new cozy bed and it is her safe spot. She is ready and willing to accept her person as her pack leader and she easily looks to people for approval and direction. She gets along with dogs outside the home and people and she is very smart. She can get hyper with a new dog at first and may lunge at them but she mellows out pretty quickly and just needs to learn a little more socialization. She can be possessive with another dog in the home so we recommend that she be the only dog. She loves to chew so best to have on hand a good supply of chewsticks. She loves to run and play and is easy going and graceful. She can jump pretty high so she would need a secure yard. She needs an active lifestyle and would make a great hiking or running companion.
