My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

6/2/2016: PETEY HAS BEEN ADOPTED! Petey is a 7 week old cavalier king charles spaniel and chihuahua (we think). He is part of an oops litter-mom is a purebred cavalier who was let out in a fenced in yard to go to the bathroom. Her family was not aware that she had gone into heat. Apparently, a stealthy intruder found his way into the yard and briefly romanced her then disappeared. The family did not even know their precious girl had been bred until it was too late. This accident is your blessing since it produced 2 beautiful little baby boys. Petey will be seeing the vet on June 1st for his initial vetting and his neuter, if vet feels he is big enough to be neutered at that time. He currently only weighs about 2 pounds. We will be taking the vet's advice on what medically can be done at this age and size. If she says he can be neutered, we will go ahead and get that taken care of now. If she says that she would recommend waiting until he is bigger, we will adopt him out on a neuter contract and the neuter will become your responsibility. Both pups are happy, loving babies and will make excellent companions for any family. We would not recommend a home with very small children simply because these pups will, most likely, stay small and may be too delicate for toddlers and small babies. Their adoption fee will be $300 each to assist with vetting costs and costs of care while with us. If interested in giving either of these handsome cuties a home, please contact us by either sending your adoption application and interest via email and/or calling us @ (352) 493-1255. We will not consider anyone who does not submit an adoption application and we will be selective about where they go so please be sure to include as much information as possible in your application so that we may match them up with the best possible home and family for each. They will be ready to join their new families after June 1
