My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

FOSTER LOCATION: Caldwell, ID

Robo is a lovely 3 year-old domestic shorthair with gray and black tiger markings and stunning green eyes. This wonderful boy was in the shelter since October and, while they all loved his handsome face, the cattery staff wanted to see him in his forever home so they asked Fuzzy Pawz to take him into foster to see if we could help out.

Now settled nicely in his foster home Robo is continuing to show his wondrous side. This boy is just as sweet as can be and is such a joy to be around. He loves to be with his people and “help” his foster mom while she works (i.e. lay on her papers/keyboard).

We asked his care givers at the shelter to give us some notes on him and we loved their responses so much we thought we’d just share them with you:
- He gives kisses and thinks love bites and bunny kicks to be affectionate.

- He will eat feathers loves catnip and being center of attention i.e. The issues foster parent is having with the "helping" lol

- He's chatty in the morning and follows you around and investigates his kingdom and loves chin rubs and he's perfect

Robo is a healthy boy who is suddenly tested positive for FIV after having been in the shelter for months. We are unsure if he actually has the FIV virus or if the test is a false/positive (which can occur after cats are vaccinated for FIV). That being said please don’t let the FIV diagnosis bother you. The primary mode of transmission to other cats is through bite wounds. Casual, non-aggressive contact does not appear to be an efficient route of spreading FIV.

We believe that Robo would be okay with cat friendly dogs, would do okay with a calm female cat in his household – remembering that proper introductions into the household must be done.

Robo would love to have kids over 10 in his household and of course a lap or two to cuddle in! He is very social with people and needs to be a part of the family.

If you are looking for a new love in your life Robo is your boy!

Robo is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped.
