Facts about Trix

  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Meet Trix - one of the puppies from the Cereal Litter. We were told these pups were a Shar pei mix mama and a Weimaraner mix daddy. Our guess based on the size of the parents is that they will be about 40-50 lbs when full grown. The puppies and mom were dumped. A good Samaritan took them in and kept them until the puppies were old enough to leave their mom and JoJo's is happy to help find homes for puppies and mama.

Trix is now crate trained and working on other manners. As of 8/10/16, she weighs 29 lb, has a sweet disposition, loves to play (with dogs and people) and also like the water!

If you are interested in giving this sweet girl a home, please visit our website http://jojosdoghouse.com and download an application or email us at jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you one. Adoption fee is $150 and includes age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip with lifetime registration, and parasite treatment and prevention. Thanks for choosing adoption!

About JoJo's DogHouse

About Our Rescue Group...

JoJo’s DogHouse is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization rescue that was born in the hearts of family and friends who want to help dogs in need. We are a network of foster families committed to making a difference. If your heart leads you to helping neglected, abused or unwanted dogs, there are ways you can be a part of the solution. By adopting, fostering, sponsoring, educating or donating, you can make a difference.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have events from time to time and will post on our website and Facebook.

We do not have a shelter open to the public. Visits are arranged on an individual basis.

We are all volunteers and do our best to accommodate everyone.

Our Adoption Process...

We have an application process and we will check vet and personal references (usually takes only 1-2 days). There is also an adoption contract and fee which helps to cover vet and other expenses. The contract is designed to ensure the dog is cared for in all ways and if you are ever unable to care for the dog, it must be returned to the rescue. If the dog is too young to be spayed/neutered before going home, you will also sign a document committing to having the dog fixed and the rescue will follow up.
