Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Amore’ gets her exotic name meaning “love” because she is just a furry package of love that she rewards to those she learns to trust. She is truly beautiful, like her twin Amita. They both have unique brown mackerel tabby markings, big eyes, & cute ear tufts. Amore’ is another of our special kitties that were rescued from a well-intentioned, but very overcrowded home. She was probably born in Spring of 2015. She doesn’t seem much interested in toys, but loves being stroked & talked to. She enjoys having her lovely fur brushed. Amore’ is good with other cats & actually tends to defer to smaller cats. We are finding that most of these cats do better with a cat companion. She would be frightened of dogs & probably of small children or a high energy, noisy household. In a calm setting with a little time, Amore’ will certainly reward her new owner with loyalty & all the love anyone could ask of a kitty. She has been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, & tested for FeLV & FIV. To meet this beauty, call 540/586-6100 or go to www.bhsva.org/adoptions-home.
