Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet sweet Obie! He is about 10 years old and was taken to animal control by his former family when they decided they did not want him any longer. Obie had a bad knee, bad eyes, skin infections and loads of fleas. Despite his obvious neglect, Obie was the sweetest, most loving pooch. When we learned about Obie, we offered to take him in and see if he couldn't have a better home the second time around.
Obie is now clean, flea free and had surgery on one knee so he can walk normally on that leg. Obie sufffers from a condition called "Dry Eye", which is common in the dog breeds with bulgy eyes. He gets drops in both eyes twice a day, and will need his doggie "Restasis" for the rest of his life. The cost for this medication is about $25 per month.
We hope you will find a place in your home and in your heart for this charming gentle dog. He is very, very sweet and loving, and surely deserves a great home for his golden years.
Obie has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. His adoption fee is $250.00.
If you are interested in adopting this cutie, please write us at PricelessPets4u@gmail.com and ask for an application to adopt. We are a foster-home based organization, and the adoption process starts when you submit your application. Once that has been approved, we can schedule a time for you to meet Obie.
