Bonjour, friends! My name is Aramis and I’m a Musketeer! Myself and my brothers Athos and Aramis (D’Artagnan was already adopted) are all looking for homes. We were born April 7, 2016. I am the charmer of our group and have the loudest purr once you start to pet me and give me attention. I love to play and I love to climb. I’m always the first one up the cat towers. In addition to climbing, I love to play with other kitties and to tackle them when they’re not looking. My brothers and I have lots of fun playing together while our foster mom is at work. Sunday, June 26: Adoption Event at PetPeople, 6520 Telegraph Rd, Bloomfield Hills. From noon to 4 p.m. on the fourth Sunday each month, come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event). Event dates for 2016: June 26, July 24, August 28, September 25, October 23, November 27 and December 18.
Saturday, July 9: Adoption Event at Petco, 29335 Orchard Lake Rd, Farmington Hills (just south of 13 Mile Rd). From noon to 4 p.m., come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event). Adoption event dates for 2016: July 9, July 16, August 6, August 20, September 3, September 17, October 1, October 15, November 5, November 19, December 3 and December 17.
Adoption Process: Complete the application at
www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
