Facts about Newton

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Tiger Striped
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 25859
  • Hair: Short
Newton was just a young kitten when he was wandering around one day, looking for something to eat. He found something but then, bam, a trap closed on him! That was around Christmas 2015 and although Newton was a little upset about being trapped at first, he later realized that it was the best Christmas gift ever. He was safe and taken care of for the first time in his life. Unfortunately Newton picked up quite a cold and some parasites too while out on the lonely streets so he spent quite a while under medical care, getting better. Newton is 100% healthy now and is loving his life in our free roaming area, but he still would love to know what having a home of his own is all about. Newton is about 11 months old and this sweet kitten-cat gets along just fine with his feline friends that he's made. He loves people too, but is a little bit shy when he first meets you. Just give him some time though and he'll come around and be mushing himself up against you. Newton would love a home with a family that will have patience and let him come around in his own time, and that will give him plenty of love and attention too. File#25859 12/22/15
