Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Freddie is our special poodle who is about 2 years old. He was rescued from a downtown vet clinic where he was abandoned after he came down with the parvovirus. Freddie was treated and recovered but he also had another virus called the adenovirus, that left him with a level of lack of stability on his feet. He can move but he is very unstable and his balance is off. The best way to describe his movement is to compare it to when you get off a spinning ride at an amusement park and you are wobbly. That is how Freddie is all the time. This does not cause his energy and playfulness to suffer in fact he is very playful! He loves to wrestle, run, and play bite. We want him to be in a home with another playful dog. Due to his balance issues he cannot be in a home with stairs or a pool that is not gated. He would do best in a home with a yard where he has plenty of room to move. He also needs an owner who is home most of the day or works from home. Freddie is great with people, kids, and other dogs. He just needs that special home that will give him the love and nurturing he deserves!
