found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Mary Kay is one of nine puppies from our "Beauty Bunch" litter. Her momma, Bonnie Bell, was on the run for weeks before finally being caught just before she gave birth in the shelter on 8 April 2016. Since the shelter is no place for newborns, we were able to bring her and her family into MVPC. While their momma is a pit bull, we have no idea what dad is, and there is definitely something else mixed in there, whether lab, mastiff, etc...who knows. These puppies will do great in any home, including one with kids, cats and other dogs. Mary Kay is adorable, full of sweetness and spunk. And she is stunning. Breed experience or another dog is required.
We send our weaned puppies out to their foster homes in pairs at 8 weeks old to continue proper dog etiquette and social skills on top of their foster families' guidance, structure and love. They are learning all about crate training, potty training, leash skills and basic manners, including sit. It will be on the new family to continue what we have started, as they are babies and still learning and will need time to adjust to their new family's schedule.
Mary Kay is ready for preapproval! They will all be spayed and neutered by mid-July and will be ready to go home soon afterwards. Once approved, a hold fee of $100 is required and will be applied to the full adoption fee of $250 at the time of the home visit. <p> All MVPC dogs are heart worm tested, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate trained and on a great potty training schedule.
ALL inquiries begin with a submitted adoption application, which is found on our website, www.miamivalleypitcrew.com. DO NOT USE THE PETFINDER/ADOPTAPET CONTACT/ADOPT BUTTONS--we are unable to monitor those--only submitted applications through our website will receive a response once approved. We do not adopt to individuals under the age of 25 and do not consider an electric fence a form of confinement. Because we are volunteer based and a home visit is required, we have a two hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs and 75 miles for our puppies. Thank you for your understanding!
