Literature comes in many forms. One of those forms is poetry, and I would like to introduce you to a Poem who traveled all the way from the state of New York to her foster home in Michigan. Poem is a commercial breeding mama who looks like a puppy herself. This 6-year old little sweetie is so happy to be in the loving arms of Col. Potter that she just can't stop wagging her tail and smiling her happy smile! Poem's ears are a little 'floppy', especially her left ear. It would appear that at one time Poem had a hematoma in her ear which was never treated and as it healed, it curled up her ear so now she has what is more commonly known as a 'cauliflower ear'. Believe me when I say it doesn't detract from her cuteness - it may even enhance it. She is happy, healthy and playful, but not completely housebroken at this time. She loves to run in the backyard and chase dead leaves which, when she catches one, she will shake like crazy until it crumbles in her mouth. Poem walks fairly well on the lease. Please keep watching for more updates as Poem learns her name, how to sit when told, to potty outside and ONLY outside, etc. CLICK HERE FOR LOTS MORE INFORMATION AND UPDATES ON POEM IN MICHIGAN
Poem is being fostered in Clarkston, Michigan in a PRIVATE FOSTER HOME but we allow our dogs to be adopted out all over the United States and Canada!
